Boy's boxer briefs

Boys tend to have their own fashion trends and the latest fashion styles are very important to teens in particular.

Adolescent boys have their own way of doing things that includes their style of undergarments. For some time, now wearing pants low exposing boxer briefs have been in style of teen boys. And perhaps this is a style that a lot of parents don't find agreeable.

It was since 1990 that boys boxer briefs have become popular. Currently, boys, particularly teens in U.S., Britain, Australia, France, and Canada prefer wearing boxer briefs rather than ordinary briefs. Boxer briefs are also sometimes called tight boxers.

Some manufacturers spell boxer briefs as 'boxerbriefs.' Whatever it is called, these undergarments are one of two major kinds of underwear used by boys and men in the UK, U.S. Australia and Canada. Boys boxer briefs have been available in the market for a while, and they were once referred to as 'mid-length briefs' or 'thigh length briefs.'

Though these were marketed differently, they remain like the “two-part union suits' lower half”and those were in worn in the early part of 20th century. The fact that the boxer brief design is popular among boys is because of its closeness to both boxer shorts and briefs. Boxer briefs are also preferred because most boys feel that traditional underwear is too restrictive. Conversely, boxer shorts may be too loose and lack the support that boxer briefs offer.

Yet another kind of boxer brief available for boys is referred to as the 'trunk.' It has a shorter leg portion and may be used as swim wear as well. Some like to use it under their board shorts too. Trunks are a bit different because they are more revealing that the boxer briefs that boys normally use.
